Our Emergency Incident Response Service (EIRS) is a specialist fleet of Incident response vehicles and highly trained operators to attend to an Emergency incident or situation. The EIRS team can help clean up and manage spills involving all types of loads including dangerous goods to ensure the safety of motorists, the general public and the environment.

Our Emergency Response Plan for a transport vehicle incident consists of:

We provide Emergency Response for the following:

  • Leaking containers – IBC’s, containers, pallets

Our Emergency response unit & spill trailer is equipped with all the tools to be able to safely respond to and clear any small or large spills involving dangerous goods.

The Incident response truck has a compressor and diaphragm pump on board to safely transfer products from the accident-damaged vehicle to another safe transfer vehicle to remove from the area.

We can also provide a bobcat and forklift to assist with site cleanups and remediation and a lighting tower for late-night incidents. We have access to larger machinery and tippers for more extensive clean-ups.
